do not waste your money with this…
do not waste your money with this company, i recently ordered a hat from online shop, upon receiving my hat they shipped it in a bag, once i opened the bag the hat was damaged and bent at the crown of hat. What company does that well pacsun of course. NEVER BUYING FROM PACSUN AGAIN.

Unable to Redeem PacSun Gift cards
My teen kids love PacSun so they received several gift cards as gifts. DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS from 3rd party affiliate such as BuyaTab (buyatab.com) which is offered directly on the PACSUN website OR at other retailers such as CVS/Walmart/grocery stores. The cashier at the actual store was able to verify that there was money on the card but when I wanted to redeem them for an actual purchase, it would not accept it. The only gift card the store could accept was the gift card that purchased in the store. I am stuck with one gift card with $50 and no idea how to redeem it. (Del Amo Mall location, Torrance, CA )

Careful! Pac Sun takes your money and delivers nothing
This is Pac Sun customer service:
the package has never been delivered to me, there is no proof of signature. Pac Sun looks into this for months, bots write tons of emails. After two months they assure me, the package has never been delivered to me at all, but still after claiming this, they won’t refund me.
We took a lawyer to deal with this. I have all the messages to proof the way this company treats their customers. Theft or fraud is all I can call this.
I can add all e-mail contact to proof this situation to anyone. It is an absolutely horrific experience.

ordered two pairs of sweat shorts that…
ordered two pairs of sweat shorts that ended up getting sent back to the warehouse even though the address I had on file was correct. I went through 3 different customer service reps that said that I would be able to get a reshipment only to find that they gave me a refund instead. When I asked what happened they said that I asked for a refund instead of a reshipment. this is the 2nd time i’ve had an awful experience with customer service.

Called at least 8 times for an online…
Called at least 8 times for an online order filled with issues. Delivered to wrong address...then one pair of jeans never shipped but they never contacted me. Every time I call I speak to the same woman who is very nice but does nothing to resolve the issue

Have not been able to place an online…
Have not been able to place an online order on PacSun.Com or the Pac Sun App, I have being trying since early this morning! Keeps saying "We're sorry your order can not e placed at this time with information provided"! EVERYTHING on my end is good been tested now 1000 times! I've used every device possible to retry, along with troubleshooting MULTIPLE TIMES! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE! I am beyond frustrated & stressed! I spent ALOT OF HOURS SHOPPING MY CHRISTMAS ITEMS on their SLOW website & and I am now worried because they are selling out!
Just DISGUSTED! RIDICULOUS! & It's NOT THE 1ST TIME!

Unhappy customer
For the most part, I like PacSun. However, I'm currently waiting for a package from them and giving them the side eye. FedEx nor PacSun are helpful about when my package will be delivered, clearly you can see my package hasn't moved in three days. This is very poor service on both parts, so disappointed! This is the first and last time I order online from PacSun. If I buy anything from them, I'll be going to the actual store.

Do not do business with this company
Do not do business with this company. They say a package was delivered but it never was. Ring camera proves it. They would not give a refund or just re deliver the product. Terrible customer service. Told us we had to file a police report but nothing was stolen from our porch, it simply wasn’t delivered or taken to the wrong address.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. I ordered a package from them for a gift. It never arrived and it was marked as delivered. I contacted FedEx who sent me to pacsun who sent me to a messaging service that was zero help. They told me to wait 2 more days and then we may be able to discuss further options. Reading the other reviews confirms my frustrations and I would urge everyone to stay away from this store. Unless you enjoy being ran around. Very dissatisfied

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. Their online ordering system revised our address so order was sent to the wrong address. When we called to let them know, they required a police report to issue refund. Ridiculous, especially as this was their fault. Note also that when we called, one agent told us the refund was approved. When we called back, the next agent had no idea what we were talking about. Again, indicated we needed a police report.

Avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!!
They ended their phone support by directing all customers to their site to use the NON-WORKING CHAT. Email is the only way of communicating with this poor excuse of a company. If you are waiting for an order, exchange, or anything else from this fraud of a company you can kiss your money goodbye.

This place is the worst never order…
This place is the worst never order anything from here. Tried to send back items that they shipped me and they shipped us all the wrong items. “ chatted “ with 3 different online reps who couldn’t seem to help me, said they would escalate the issue to someone higher up and still nothing now were out money and items that were no where near what we had ordered. Save your money and go else where that actually has people who know what they’re doing.

Major Delivery Issues
I ordered online 11/16/21 from PacSun. It is now 12/7/21 and I still do not have the package. According to the tracking the delivery has been pushed back at least 3 times and it has been all over the country, twice in states neighboring mine then heads off hundreds of miles the opposite direction. I'm not sure who is managing the logistics of delivery but it certainly is not working!

I would strongly recommend the PacSun…
I would strongly recommend the PacSun at Aurora Farms , if for no other reason than the manager Ashly. She was the only one working the store, and had a line out the store . she was very professional and kept her cool, while exchanging a sweat shirt for my son! She worked without loosing patience or getting rattled She was very impressive and deserve a raise!!

Decent, but bad app
Ordered 3 shirts, got them in about 5-6 days. Got the right stuff, but shipping was a bit long and using the app was a bit confusing at times because looking at a shirt with multiple colors sometimes showed a different color shirt than what you had selected, like a red shirt would appear for the blue selection, and then the opposite for when you select red. I avoided those, but other than that it was fine.
